Pellets

Principle of this technology is firing a special foam pellet that is 5 to 20% larger (depending on pellet type) than the internal diameter of the hose, tube or pipe to be cleaned. When propelled through the line, the pellet cleans and wipes the internal surface forcing the contamination out of the open end. Based on the pipe profile and contamination type, we offer these 4 types of pellets:

Standard pellets

Standard pellets are very effective for various softer type of impurities, such as dust, light rust and scale, mud, oily contamination... Diameter of the applied pellet is 15-20% larger than the internal diameter of the pipe. This guarantees good pressure applied to the pipe wall. They are very effective straight pipes, in curves (unlike some other types of cleaning, these pellets are very efficient even in inside parts of bends and turns), U-turns, they can pass T-connections as well as certain types of valves.

Multipurpose pellets

Multipurpose pellets are somewhat softer than standard pellets, yet they are very flexible. They can be used in the same applications as standard pellets, furthermore they can pass through pipe reduction up to 50%. They are the most widely used pellets. Diameter of the applied pellet is 15-30% larger than the internal diameter of the pipe.

Abrasive pellets

Abrasive pellets are used for tubes and pipes where there is a build-up of contamination, surface rust or mild scale. Diameter of the applied pellet is 10-20% larger than the internal diameter of the pipe.

Grinding pellets

These pellets are use for tube and pipes where there is a greater build-up of contamination, surface rust or mill scale. Diameter of the applied pellet is 5-15% larger than the internal diameter of the pipe.
